Duro golpe recibió ayer el Presidente Enrique Peña Nieto cuando la COPARMEX rechazó firmar el Acuerdo para el Fortalecimiento Económico y Protección de la Economía Familiar al que convocó el Mandatario como plan para superar las retos y desafíos que enfrentará el país durante este 2017, el cual inició con el aumento a las gasolinas, una acción que hasta el momento ha provocado grandes rechazos de la sociedad y ha originado violentas manifestaciones y saqueos en casi todo el país.

El Presidente llamó a enfrentar esos retos y desafíos con unidad y fortaleza nacional. “Vienen, dijo, otros desafíos, vienen muchos retos, es un año muy complejo, pero si damos pasos de manera consolidada, vamos a poder superar esto, todos unidos”.

Y se comprometió a que el gobierno federal “hará todo lo posible para que el ajuste en el precio de las gasolinas impacte lo menos posible en la economía de las familias mexicanas”.

Peña Nieto les dijo “a las amas de casa, a las y los jefes de familia, a los trabajadores, a los estudiantes y a los pequeños empresarios”, que para el Gobierno de la República “es una prioridad proteger su empleo, sus ingresos y su gasto”.

Sin embargo, la Confederación Patronal de la República Mexicana (Coparmex), presidida por Gustavo de Hoyos Walther, decidió no firmar el acuerdo por considerarlo improvisado, incompleto e insuficiente. Además, explica en un comunicado de prensa, el documento les fue entregado dos horas antes del evento donde se habría de firmar.

En el comunicado se agrega:

“La situación económica y social actual exige sí un amplio acuerdo, un amplio consenso de todos los sectores sociales; México necesita estar más unido que nunca; dicho consenso no se puede construir en 3 días; urge un acuerdo sí, pero es más importante que dicho acuerdo sea fruto de un verdadero y amplio consenso social, y no solo sirva como estrategia de comunicación o imagen pública”.

También se expone que “cualquier acuerdo que se quiera suscribir deberá incluir metas claras, objetivos puntuales, métricas que sirvan para evaluar los avances. El momento exige que todos los actores, todos, asuman compromisos concretos en beneficio del país”.

Pero no obstante no firmarlo, COPARMEX aclara que no está en contra del acuerdo ni de sus participantes, solamente que se necesita un “acuerdo real, de compromisos concretos, en beneficio de todos los mexicanos”.

Tal vez a los empresarios no se les olvida lo que hace algunos días dijeron distintos voceros del gobierno federal respecto a la eliminación del subsidio a las gasolinas y que éste beneficiaba principalmente a los sectores económicos altos y medios, por aquello de sus lujosos vehículos y el de sus equipos de seguridad.

Se acepte o no, es un duro golpe para el Presidente de la República.

ESTABILIDAD ECONÓMICA CON PAZ SOCIAL: CLAUDIA

Por otro lado, en el marco de la reunión de la CONAGO, la Gobernadora Claudia Pavlovich, considerada en estos momentos el mejor gobernante de México, enfatizó que es muy importante la estabilidad económica pero también lo es mantener la paz la social.

“Es muy importante lograr estabilidad económica, sabemos, dijo, que tenemos problemas en el presupuesto, el entorno internacional no nos ayuda, pero también es muy importante pensar en la estabilidad social, y para poderla obtener tenemos que tener gobernabilidad, lo que se logra a través de que los ciudadanos estén conformes y sobre todo estén bien informados por parte de sus autoridades de lo que se está realizando”.

Ante la presencia de los titulares de Hacienda, José Antonio Meade y de Energía, Pedro Joaquín Coldwell; del director de PEMEX, José Antonio González Anaya, y gobernadores del país, Claudia Pavlovich presentó medidas para que el incremento a las gasolinas tenga el menor impacto en la ciudadanía.

Propuso subsidiar el transporte público, en lo que respecta a la gasolina y diésel, para evitar incrementos en el pasaje; asimismo subsidiar a los sectores agropecuario y pesquero con el objetivo de impedir aumento a la canasta básica; y, sugirió un esquema fiscal para que las gasolineras de las fronteras con Estados Unidos reduzcan el precio del energético.

Cabe señalar que los consumidores de la región fronterizas fueron de los más afectados pues antes del uno de enero el precio era más bajo que en el resto país, y ahora es igual, incluso en algunos casos superior por el costo del traslado.

En Sonora, por ejemplo, Nogales tiene la gasolina más cara (16.06 el litro de la verde) y Guaymas, porque ahí llegan los barcos con el producto, la más barata (15,92 el litro de la verde).

La Gobernadora comentó que ante la situación que se vive a nivel nacional e internacional, en Sonora se están tomando algunas medidas como el decreto de austeridad para que sea el gobierno estatal quien se apriete el cinturón y no los ciudadanos.

También, explicó, se acordó un subsidio a la tarifa del transporte público para que el alza de las gasolinas no afecte al usuario.

Sobre las manifestaciones que se llevan a cabo por el gasolinazo, dijo respaldarlas siempre y cuando sean pacíficas, sin quebrantar el estado de derecho y sin provocar actos de vandalismo.

“Vamos a seguir manteniendo el estado de derecho; sin estado de derecho no hay gobernabilidad; vamos a seguir evitando el saqueo, no lo merecen los ciudadanos en Sonora y no merecen que venga gente de otros lados a querer desestabilizar nuestro estado; las manifestaciones deben de hacerse, como la mía que no estoy de acuerdo pero de una manera pacífica, de una manera que no afecte derechos de terceros”, destacó la Jefa del Ejecutivo Estatal.

SALEN APROVECHADOS…PANISTAS, ENTRE OTROS

Y a propósito de gente que busca desestabilizar la entidad, me llega información donde me aseguran que gente de Javier Gándara, ex alcalde capitalino y ex candidato a Gobernador por el PAN, y Damián Zepeda, ex candidato a la presidencia municipal de Hermosillo y actual secretario general del CEN del PAN, andan operando en contra de la Gobernadora Claudia Pavlovich y el alcalde Manuel Ignacio Maloro Acosta, aprovechando las manifestaciones de inconformidad por el alza de las gasolinas.

Concretamente me señalan a Juan Felipe Negrete Navarro, quien fuera candidato independiente a un cargo de elección, me parece a una diputación local, pero lo ubican muy cercano al conocido “Güero” Castro, quien en su momento se declaró a favor de Javier Gándara.

El punto es que aprovechando el asunto de la gasolina, donde desde luego nada tienen que ver ni la Gobernadora ni el alcalde, pues sacan a relucir otros temas como el agua potable, los incrementos a las multas de tránsito y hasta la concesión futura del alumbrado público.

Es decir, se valen de cualquier escenario, y de cualquier circunstancia, para sacar raja política-electoral a su favor.
