*¿Qué tiene que ver Estado con aumentos?

Los gobernantes deben seguir dos caminos: uno, hacer lo correcto por el bien del Estado y su gente aunque duela al principio una decisión y dos, hacer lo conveniente para elevar o al menos sostener su imagen. Guardar el equilibrio da como resultado buenos gobiernos y gobernantes con aceptable imagen que les permite seguir su carrera de aspiraciones políticas.

Cuando se descuida la imagen por hacer lo correcto se es blanco de la oposición y siempre su imagen sale manchada a tal grado que le impide su ascenso político porque el reconocimiento casi siempre llega tarde.

Y cuando todo se centra en cuidar la imagen, se cae en el populismo, en la demagogia y jamás se alcanzan administraciones públicas correctas. Y al final es rechazado por la ciudadanía.

Pocos gobernantes tienen la capacidad de lograr ese equilibrio de hacer lo correcto y sostener su imagen pública. Los compromisos políticos, la soberbia o las ambiciones desmedidas de poder son sus principales enemigos. Y desde luego los grupos y partidos opositores.

En la actualidad, gracias a la libertad de expresión, a la pluralidad de los medios de comunicación y a las redes sociales, ser oposición es más cómodo que estar en el poder. Criticar siempre ha sido más fácil que gobernar. Y más cuando las acciones de un gobierno afectan negativamente el bolsillo del pueblo no obstante más adelante podría haber beneficios.

Las mentiras de muchos políticos y el incumplimiento de sus promesas cuando asumen el poder gubernamental, de todos los partidos, ha provocado una justificada desconfianza de la sociedad.

Nadie les cree a esos políticos, solo ellos creen que la gente les cree.

Hay gobernantes y políticos que al menos hacen el esfuerzo por hacer las cosas de manera distinta, con honestidad y con eficiencia, pero lamentablemente son los menos.

En estos momentos estamos viviendo una complicada situación de manifestaciones en todo el país con gran aderezo de actos de vandalismo que llevan el objetivo de sembrar la zozobra en la sociedad tomando como argumento el alza en el precio de las gasolinas.

Partidos opositores al PRI han enturbiado lo que pudo haber sido una real manifestación ciudadana de inconformidad por ese aumento incomprendido por muchos pero necesario según afirman especialistas en economía.

Ayer, el Presidente Enrique Peña Nieto salió a dar la cara y a explicar el porqué de esta medida, dolorosa pero necesaria, recalcó.

Y lo hizo porque no le quedaba de otra, nadie en este país elevó la voz para defenderlo o al menos explicar porque se debió tomar esa decisión. Solo el dirigente nacional del PRI, Enrique Ochoa, salió a dar la cara y explicó que no podía seguirse subsidiando más la gasolina y el diésel. No aumentar el precio significaría para el gobierno erogar alrededor de 250 mil millones de pesos en este 2017.

Pero nadie más dio la cara con esa firmeza que lo hizo el presidente del CEN tricolor, incluso los diputados federales del PRI que aprobaron recientemente el paquete económico del 2017 ahora salen con que no están de acuerdo con el aumento.

Desde luego que los legisladores opositores al PRI están firmes en “defender” la economía de los mexicanos. Subrayan lo grosero que es darle otro “golpe” al pueblo y su economía. Enfatizan la “deficiente” administración del PRI y su Presidente Enrique Peña Nieto. Todo es malo. Se les olvida que el PAN y demás partido aprobaron las reformas financieras y energéticas.

A nadie le gusta pagar más por un servicio o producto. A nadie le agradan más impuestos. Eso es normal. Pero tampoco se vale que aprovechándose de esa medida, aumento a la gasolina, y por buscar el desprestigio del actual gobierno, para su beneficio, originen acciones que perjudican a gran parte de los mexicanos que ni siquiera les importa tal incremento.

No es posible que estén saqueando tiendas comerciales con el pretexto del alza a las gasolinas; no es posible que estén decomisando gansitos (pasteles Bimbo) a los camiones repartidores de ese producto; y no es posible que bloqueen oficinas de gobiernos estatales, como ocurre aquí en Sonora, obstruyendo el desarrollo de actividades que afecta no a los gobiernos sino a la sociedad.

¿Qué tiene que ver una oficina fiscal con el aumento a la gasolina? Claro que nada, pero de lo que se trata es de desestabilizar al país. Y no es un movimiento de ciudadanos, es evidentemente una estrategia de quienes aprovechando esta circunstancia buscan sacar una ganancia política electoral y se aprovechan de quienes auténticamente se manifiestan en contra de esa decisión del gobierno federal.

En mi percepción, hubo ausencia de una estrategia política y de comunicación para lanzar esta decisión, que la verdad no es tan mala como la quieren hacer ver. Y esa falta de estrategia eficiente es evidente porque los gobernadores del PRI no han apoyado con declaraciones la medida presidencial. Le han sacado porque cuidan su imagen.

La Gobernadora Claudia Pavlovich al menos no se manifestó en contra y prudentemente dijo que llevará la inconformidad de los ciudadanos al pleno de la CONAGO, el próximo lunes. No así el director del ISSSTESON, Enrique Claussen, quien en su cuenta de twitter expresó:

“El aumento a la gasolina nos afecta a todos. #NoAlGasolinazo”

No tenía caso el comentario.

El Presidente Peña Nieto ayer envió un mensaje a la nación donde, además de dar a conocer el nombramiento de Luis Videgaray como nuevo secretario de Relaciones Exteriores y de María Cristina García Cepeda como Secretaria de Cultura, destacó que entendía el enojo por el alza en las gasolinas, pero pidió comprender qué la medida es para preservar la economía del país. “Es difícil, pero es para proteger a las familias”.

“Comprendo el enojo del gasolinazo, dijo, pero no aplicarlo sería más costoso y doloroso”. “El ajuste no se debe a la reforma energética, se debe al alza en el mercado internacional”.

El proceso electoral del 2018 ya inició, no oficialmente pero ya comenzó de hecho.

¿Y qué mejor circunstancia para la oposición de obtener ganancia política electoral que el aumento a las gasolinas?

Ayer, un colega de un medio nacional, comentaba que en sus muchos años de periodista nunca había conocida una manifestación que no estuviera financiada por algún grupo político. Y claro que es cierto.

Y no es que nunca surjan grupos auténticos defendiendo alguna causa popular, lo que pasa es que luego son rebasados por otros con intereses políticos y recursos suficientes para asumir el control de esas manifestaciones.

Lo que estamos viendo no es una manifestación autentica de rechazo al gasolinazo, es un movimiento que lleva una intención política electoral y han tomado como pretexto el aumento a las gasolinas. Y ese movimiento lo encabezan, no de manera coordinada entre sí, más bien cada cual por su lado, los grupos y partidos opositores al PRI, aunque incluso no dudaría, conociendo la perversidad de la política, que también hubiera tricolores rivales del grupo en el poder.
