NOGALES.- Ayer lunes fue un día demencial en cuanto a información y actividades políticas y empresariales, de esos que avisan que el año está en marcha y que reclama atención.

Muy temprano en Hermosillo el cabildo aprobó la concesión del servicio de alumbrado público por 15 años con cargo al famoso DAP.

Por supuesto la oposición en este caso el PAN y el Movimiento Ciudadano haciendo su papel y rechazan la medida. Lo que incluso provocó una nueva ruptura al interior del panismo, en este caso la salida del grupo de regidores del PAN por Hermosillo de la regidora Diana Karina Barreras por votar a favor de la medida.

Es curioso porque prácticamente se calcó lo ocurrido hace año y meses con el presupuesto del 2016, que dejó como secuela la ruptura al interior del Grupo Legislativo blanquiazul en en Congreso del Estado. La diferencia es que David Galván no anda expulsando a su regidora del partido e incluso asegura respetar su derecho a a disentir de la postura institucional del blanquiazul.

Sin embargo el daño está hecho para los azules.
Ahora me llamó la atención del movimiento “No al gasolinazo” con su multi valencia, que lo mismo se opone a una cosa que a la otra y ahora protagonizó una peculiar manifestación contra el tema mencionado.

Al respecto tendré que decirles que quien mucho abarca poco aprieta y no necesariamente quien se opone al alza de la gasolina rechaza todas las causas que ellos buscan abanderar, y eso combinado con la conflictiva interna y el sesgo político del movimiento ha terminado por reventar lo que nació espontáneo como un movimiento de miles y termina como el de unos cuantos acelerados.

Al final la decisión está tomada se concesionará el alumbrado, se modernizará y depende mucho de qué tan bien o mal resulte lo que se premie o cobre al presidente municipal Manuel Ignacio Acosta.

Claro el PAN ganó una bandera y una causa y créame no va a dudar en usarla, lo mismo que la inseguridad o los baches. Es según entiendo su trabajo, señalar, apuntar y buscar respuestas. Más aún buscar votos en donde hay debate público.
Es el péndulo de la política. Antes como antes ahora como ahora.

Pero siguiendo con mi alocado día, estuve en Nogales como se lo anticipé y acompañe a la gobernadora Claudia Pavlovich en su gira, multi temática, con asuntos de educación, salud, vivienda y negocios.

En este último aspecto le menciono que me tocó presenciar el relevo del Consejo Empresarial de Nogales, que encabeza Javier Freig Carrillo y donde se habló de los retos y las oportunidades que enfrenta y tiene Sonora.

Por ahí la mandataria les dijo a los empresarios de la frontera que saquen la casta ante la incertidumbre y que no se amilanen, que no escondan la cabeza como el avestruz y que busquen alianzas y asociaciones.

Es interesante porque precisamente en ese aspecto ayer salió un dato que viene a cambiar todo respecto a la economía que veníamos entendiendo y padeciendo por momentos. El asunto es que el

INEGI reportó que el desempleo abierto en la entidad cayó a 3.5% su menor nivel en 9 años y eso se dice fácil, pero es complicadísimo de hacer.

De modo que el corolario de 17 meses de esfuerzo ahí está en un dato duro, contante y sonante, que según me dijo la misma gobernadora ahora vendrá a cambiar la lógica de lo que viene ocurriendo en la entidad por décadas, pues la nueva oleada de inversiones viene con empleos mucho mejor remunerados.

Me faltó contarle de la visita de Ernesto Ruffo Appel y sus cuentas para buscar convertirse en el candidato presidencial del PAN rebasando a Margarita Zavala y Ricardo Anaya. Tampoco pude abordar las acusaciones de nepotismo que pesan sobre Enrique Reina en San Luis Río Colorado, pero se las prometo para mañana.
