Hermosillo, Son.- El calendario para las entrevistas a los aspirantes a la presidencia de la Comisión Estatal de Derechos Humanos los días 25 y 26 del presente mes dio a conocer la diputada Célida Teresa López Cárdenas.
La presidenta de la Comisión de Justicia y Derechos Humanos de la legislatura explicó que, de acuerdo a la base octava de la convocatoria, se determinó la procedencia de los registros de 13 aspirantes que cumplieron con los requisitos establecidos por la misma.
La diputada López Cárdenas detalló las fechas, horarios y metodología para realización de las entrevistas ante los integrantes de la Comisión en mención, que iniciarán en el orden en que se fueron registrando.
El jueves 25 de enero deberán comparecer los ciudadanos Andrés Montoya García, a las 16:00 horas; Octavio Grijalva Vásquez, a las 16:30 horas; Juan Francisco Alcaraz García, a las 17:00 horas; José David García Jaimes, a las 17:30 horas; José Isasi Siqueiros, a las 18:00 horas; Guillermo Alejandro Noriega Esparza, a las 18:30 horas y Alma Lydia Soto López, a las 19:00 horas.
El día viernes 26 de enero continúan los ciudadanos Lourdes Rivera Valle, a las 10:00 horas; Jorge Alberto Sáenz Félix, a las 10:30 horas; Omar Alejandro Tiburcio Cruz, 11:00 horas; Pedro Gabriel González Avilés, a las 11:30 horas; Miguel Ángel Tapia Guell, a las 12:00 horas y Héctor Hernández García, a las 12:30 horas.
La legisladora explicó que, en la dinámica de la comparecencia, cada aspirante dispondrá de hasta 15 minutos para exponer su proyecto de trabajo, así como para desarrollar las directrices que normarán su presidencia, en caso de ser electo para el cargo, apoyados de las herramientas necesarias para su exposición.
Expuso que una vez concluida la exposición de los aspirantes, se procederá a la etapa de preguntas y respuestas por parte de los diputados de la Comisión de Justicia y Derechos Humanos, las cuales podrán ser sobre la exposición o sobre cualquier otro tema relacionado con los derechos humanos.
La diputada López Cárdenas explicó que una vez desahogadas las entrevistas, la citada Comisión realizará un análisis objetivo de los mismos, valorando los siguientes aspectos: acreditación del currículum vitae que acompañó a su registro, con los documentos comprobatorios del caso; formación académica y currículum de los aspirantes; viabilidad del plan de trabajo presentado; la trayectoria pública de los aspirantes; resultado de las manifestaciones respecto del desempeño del aspirante en la entrevista ante la Comisión de Justicia y Derechos Humanos.
Por último, dijo que la Comisión en mención, en atención a la metodología, presentará ante el Pleno del Congreso del Estado, el listado de los candidatos idóneos al cargo a más tardar el día primero de febrero del presente año en sesión de Pleno.
Los acuerdos tomados por la Comisión de Justicia y Derechos Humanos serán publicados en la página de internet de Congreso del Estadowww.congresoson.gob.mx.
