PRI y PAN velando armas por Hermosillo

Interesantes los movimiento que se comienzan a dar en la escena política estatal, donde cada bando está tomando posiciones en Sonora, y en especial en Hermosillo, para una colisión de pronóstico reservado de cara al 2018.
Usted sabe ese año se disputa la presidencia de la República y aunque esa contienda levanta desde ya pasiones, en el caso de Sonora tengo la sensación de que el verdadero encontronazo será por la alcaldía de Hermosillo en particular, donde se definirán asuntos muy importantes para la segunda mitad del sexenio, pues al ser Hermosillo la ciudad con mayor peso en la elección estatal bien puede marcar el rumbo de la elección senatorial, además definir con los que serán ahora 6 distritos como quedará el equilibrio de poder en el Congreso del Estado en la 62 Legislatura.
Por supuesto la alcaldía de Hermosillo es una posición ansiada por propios y extraños y ya se comienzan a mover perfiles altos y bajos para entrar en esa pelea.
Por ejemplo los panistas ya barajan personajes como Luis Serrato, Héctor Larios, Francisco Búrquez, Javier Gándara y hay quien menciona hasta al dirigente David Galván, quien de hecho dijo que nomás no va.
Enfrente, en el PRI ya se mueven también los perfiles, seguro usted ha escuchado de las diputadas Flor Ayala y María Cristina Gutiérrez, o de Ulises Cristopolus, también por ahí se menciona la posibilidad de que el coordinador de los diputados del PRI, Epifanio Salido Pavlovich la busque, aunque tengo entendido que el está anotado en otra lista que va por la elección senatorial.
También he escuchado a quienes hablan de Alfonso Elías Serrano, Natalia Rivera y hasta el secretario de economía Jorge Vidal Ahumada, aunque este último pide que lo borren de esa y de otras listas desde ahorita, pues sus intenciones son mantenerse en el cargo hasta el final del sexenio (claro sí así lo dispone la gobernadora Claudia Pavlovich).
El asunto es que hay mucho ruido desde ya, y eso que falta 1 año y 4 meses para la elección.
Ayer por ejemplo tanto PRI como PAN tuvieron sus propios eventos, el tricolor con la unción de Edgardo Briceno Hernández como dirigente municipal en Hermosillo, el PAN con la visita de su intelectual orgánico Juan José Rodriguez Pratts, que sirvió de buen pretexto para reunir a las fuerzas panistas.
Ambas fuerzas se están midiendo y ven los escenarios, los priistas que buscan mantener la plaza, lo panistas que la quieren recuperar, y es que todos saben que en Hermosillo está la clave de lo que pueda suceder a nivel estatal a partir del 2018 y con miras al 2021.
Por eso las huestes de Jesús Ramón Díaz (dirigente municipal del PAN) y de David Galván están echando toda la carne al asador contra el alcalde actual, en busca de torpedear la iniciativa de concesionar el servicio de alumbrado público, o al menos sembrar el virus de la duda respecto a las motivaciones que se puedan tener.
Por supuesto que en la otra esquina no están vacilado y se tiene la expectativa que este año haya una inversión millonaria en la recuperación de la infraestructura urbana de Hermosillo y otras de las principales ciudades del estado, como está previsto en el presupuesto de egreso para el 2018.
En el evento de ayer en el PRI me llamó la atención el tono del mensaje, en donde el nuevo dirigente municipal del PRI habló pestes de los panistas, señalándolos de que no saben gobernar, que son un partido corrupto y que en pocas palabras tienen envidia del PRI, porque ellos no cuentan con activos políticos como Claudia Pavlovich o el alcalde Manuel Ignacio Acosta.

Ayer se dio a conocer un pronóstico que pone al vecino estado de Arizona prácticamente en el borde de un episodio de expansión económica y poblacional que le llevaría a crecer en 3.6% y alcanzar los 7 millones de habitantes en este año, ambos son hitos importantes pues colocarían al socio de Sonora en la Megarregión como una de las entidades de mayor crecimiento en los Estados Unidos.
Ese asunto no deja de ser interesante, en particular porque con Sonora viene ocurriendo un fenómeno similar, con expectativas de crecer arriba del 6%, ninguno de esos movimientos es casual, y es que ambos estados están enseñando que juntos en la “Megarregión”, han encontrado un nuevo ritmo y un nuevo estilo de hacer las cosas, y esos números que se esperan de ambos en el 2017, son apenas el principio de lo que se espera como una fructífera relación.
Los pronósticos y los hechos han demostrado que Claudia Pavlovich y su homologo arizonense Doug Ducey tenían la razón cuando proyectaron esa alianza que para muchos sonaba a descabellada e imposible.
