Registra Jóvenes Construyendo el Futuro más mujeres que hombres

Una aproximación al programa de la federación que pretende involucrar al mercado laboral a los jóvenes mexicanos que se encuentran entre los rango de edad de 18 hasta 29 años, desde la perspectiva de tutores o capacitadores en diferentes centros de trabajo.

Jóvenes Construyendo el futuro es el programa que busca a miles de jóvenes, entre 18 a 29 años de edad que no estudian y no trabajan, para capacitarse en el mundo laboral y en donde el Gobierno de México les otorgará una beca mensual de 3,600 pesos para que se capaciten durante un año.

Esta es la oportunidad para que empresas, instituciones públicas y organizaciones sociales los capaciten para que desarrollen habilidades, aprovechen su talento y comiencen su experiencia laboral.

En este sentido la enseñanza-aprendizaje, transmisión de conocimientos y desarrollo de competencias que se realiza con la participación de un tutor, directamente en el Centro de Trabajo, está orientada a elevar la empleabilidad de los becarios, en la adquisición o reforzamiento de experiencia laboral, habilidades técnicas y hábitos de trabajo que incrementen las posibilidades de colocación de los jóvenes en un puesto de trabajo.

¿Quién supervisa el programa?

De entrada la Secretaria del Trabajo y Previsión Social , y en segundo lugar la Contraloría Social.

La primera es la encargada de expedir una constancia de capacitación firmada por el presidente Andrés Manuel López Obrador en el que se describen las habilidades y conocimientos adquiridos por el becario o becaria, a través de la capacitación recibida durante su permanencia en el Programa, y la Contraloría Social es la unidad encargada de verificar el cumplimiento de metas y la correcta aplicación de los recursos asignados al Programa, en este caso que se esté otorgando los 3 mil 600 pesos mensuales.

Ahora bien, a un año de haber iniciado el programa se tiene el registro a nivel nacional de 836 mil 510 aprendices, de los cuales 497,772 son mujeres que corresponde al 59.5% y 338,738 son hombres que representan el 40.5%. 

La escolaridad de estos jóvenes corresponde mayormente a nivel preparatoria y secundaria, y el 67.8% se encuentran en el sector privado.

En Sonora el total de los aprendices inscritos a la fecha es de 5 mil 134, de los cuales 2 mil 900 son mujeres  y 2 mil 234 hombres.

El rango de escolaridad van desde nivel primaria, hasta nivel posgrado, de los cuales se han registrado 58 con estudios de primaria, 946 con secundaria, 2,359 de preparatoria, en carrera técnica 182, con universidad 1,565 y con algún posgrado 24.

Los aprendices por tipo de organización se encuentran 101 en organizaciones sociales, 2 mil 941 en el sector privado y 2 mil 40 en instituciones públicas.

Sonora registra 729 centros de trabajo en este programa, de los cuales 651 corresponden al sector privado, 20 a organizaciones sociales y 58 Instituciones públicas. 

Algunos centros de trabajo que participan en el programa son: Gobierno del Estado de Sonora, Instituto Tecnológico Superior de Cajeme, DIF Sonora, Dirección General de Bienestar Social del Municipio de Hermosillo, Oficinas de Enlace Diputada Wendy Briceño, Escuela Tele-secundaria 95, CIAD, Instituto Catastral y Registral del Estado de Sonora, ISC, Servicios de Salud de Sonora, Universidad de Sonora, Municipio de Hermosillo, Ayuntamiento de Granados, Ayuntamiento de Navojoa, Fiscalía General de Justicia del Estados de Sonora, ISM, Instituto Nacional de Migración, Universidad Tecnológica de Etchojoa, H. Cámara de Diputados, Expendio Corona, Espuma Artesanal, Fundación Cano Velez Ayudo y Me Gusta A.C, Asociación de Lecheros Unidos de Sonora, NDS Noticias, TV Corporativo de Sonora SA de CV, Colegio de Psicólogos y Especialistas en Salud, ISAP Computing SAS de CV, Acosta Cid y Asociados, Agencia Tecate Nogales, Instituto de Becas y Crédito Educativo del Estado de Sonora, entre otros.

En Sonora existen 11 mil 619 vacantes, y la mayoría se encuentran en 47 municipios del estado como: Hermosillo, Cajeme, Navojoa, Nogales, San Luis Río Colorado, Huatabampo, Guaymas, Agua Prieta, Caborca y Puerto Peñasco.

De acuerdo con los datos anteriores, tenemos que en Sonora la federación destina cada mes 18 millones 482 mil 400 pesos entre los mas de 5 mil jóvenes inscritos actualmente. De llegar a cubrir la totalidad de aprendices vacantes en la entidad, se estarían distribuyendo mensualmente más de 60 millones de pesos.
