La presidenta de la mesa directiva, diputada López Noriega, agradeció a nombre del Congreso del Estado al Instituto Sonorense de Administración Pública por el esfuerzo y la sinergia que traerán beneficios tanto para el Poder Legislativo como a los mismos sonorenses, ya que sus funcionarios tendrán mayor preparación para enfrentar los retos que hoy en día exige la ciudadanía.
“Legitima a la función pública, ya que al profesionalizar al servidor público favorece la democracia, la institucionalidad y abre un abanico de oportunidades no sólo a los funcionarios del Congreso, sino también a sus familias directas, que también se beneficiarán con este convenio”, manifestó.
Alberto Haaz Díaz, presidente del Consejo Directivo del ISAP, precisó que los beneficios son: precio especial en los programas de posgrado que ofrece ISAP (50% de descuento en las cuotas de inscripción y un 20% en las colegiaturas); apoyo de su personal para impartir talleres, seminarios y/o conferencias al personal del Congreso; y el apoyo en la difusión de los eventos.
Acto seguido se realizó la firma del convenio en presencia de Cruz Gabriela Ortega Cerda, directora administrativa de ISAP; Norma Beatriz Velasco Ballesteros, coordinadora de vinculación y capacitación de ISAP; y Jazmín Paloma Valenzuela Cárdenas, directora general del Centro de Investigaciones Parlamentarias del Estado de Sonora.
