Se cumplió el primer año de gobierno del presidente Andrés Manuel López Obrador, y a la espera de su mensaje se encontraban miles de personas en la plancha del Zócalo Capitalino. La cifra real se debate entre 140 mil a 150 mil personas. En la red social de YouTube, al minuto 55 de la transmisión se sumaron 49 mil 600 espectadores quienes al ritmo de La Sonora Santanera se mantenían a la expectativa.
En el perfil de Facebook del presidente, se conectaron 116 mil 721 cuentas, y se realizaron 43 mil 061 comentarios (datos con corte al 3 de diciembre), a la vez que se compartió la transmisión 29 mil 123 veces y cerró con 2 millones de reproducciones.
En twitter la cuenta @lopezobrador_ al momento de realizar la transmisión por “Periscope” registró 20 mil “Me gusta” y 7 mil 559 Retweets, ademas de 3 mil 494 comentarios y, la etiqueta de #AMLOestamoscontigo se hizo tendencia.
Como no sucedía en años, el primero de diciembre muchos mexicanos estuvieron atentos y a la espera del mensaje del presidente de la República Mexicana.
En el mensaje inicial López Obrador se dirigió a los mexicanos con su ya tradicional amigas y amigos, seguido de una serie de datos que correspondieron al tema económico, como son: las remesas internacionales que alcanzaron un. Nivel histórico de 26 mil 980 millones de dólares, la recuperación del mercado interno, la política de recuperación salarial, los 648 mil nuevos empleos que reporta IMSS, el aumento del 16% del salario mínimo que en 35 años de política neoliberal no aumentaba, las finanzas públicas sanas, la recaudación de 139 mil 699 millones, el porcentaje más bajo de inflación de 3% y el fortalecimiento del peso de 4% con relación al dólar, entre otros datos.
Reconoció el nulo crecimiento del país, pero dijo que existe una mejor distribución de la riqueza.
A diferencia de otros sexenios, dijo, no se ha devuelto o condonado impuestos, no se han privatizado bienes públicos y no se ha declarado la guerra a nadie, únicamente a la corrupción y a la impunidad.
López Obrador, dijo que se reconoce y se le hace frente a la enorme deuda heredada de 10.8 billones de pesos, e informó que hasta ahora se han pagado 454 millones de pesos únicamente de intereses.
En materia de infraestructura mencionó los estudios de ingeniería básica del Tren Maya, pero aclaró que el proyecto dependerá de los resultados de la consulta que se realiza en los municipios por los que pasará el tren. El programa de zona libre o franca se vió beneficiada con la reducción del 20% en ISR y de 16 a 8% en IVA, el abaratamiento de combustibles y el aumento al doble del salario mínimo.
También informó sobre la filial de CFE, con la que se obtuvo la concesión para ofrecer internet sin fines de lucro en todo México, la rehabilitación de 6 refinerías y la construcción de una más en Tabasco. Dijo que como nunca se destinan 42 mil 500 millones de pesos para construcción y el mantenimiento de carreteras y caminos rurales.
Y aunque no corresponde al primer año de gobierno, en el discurso agregó la participación de la iniciativa privada en el desarrollo de México con la construcción de 134 obras con una inversión de 709 mil millones de pesos, e informó que se reconoció los contratos realizados con las empresas nacionales y extranjeras que construyeron gasoductos en el sexenio de Enrique Peña Nieto, a los antes se refirió como contratos leoninos, agregando que con ello se logró un ahorro de 4 mil 500 millones de pesos, y que con este acuerdo queda garantizado para los próximos 20 años el abasto de gas.
Dentro de los programas sociales, destacó que al menos un programa para el bienestar llega a la mitad de los hogares mexicanos y que el año próximo, el Banco del Bienestar pasará de 433 sucursales a 13 mil en todo el territorio nacional.
Dentro de la política internacional el presidente López Obrador, dijo que el gobierno mexicano ofrece cooperación, amistad y respeto a todas las naciones y refrendó la decisión de otorgar asilo humanitario y político a Evo Morales, “no solo es nuestro hermano que representa con dignidad al pueblo mayoritariamente indígena de Bolivia, Evo fue víctima de un golpe de Estado. Y desde México para el mundo, sostenemos: democracia sí, militarismo no”, dijo AMLO enérgicamente.
Por otra parte, pero casi en el mismo sentido, se el expresidente de Uruguay, Pepe Mujica se llevó una especial mención por parte del mandatario mexicano, al encontrase entre los invitados al evento.
También dentro del primer año de gobierno, se brinda protección a 365 periodistas y a 721 personas defensoras de derechos humanos. Han sido puestos en libertad 47 presos políticos. Pero por otra parte, se dejó en libertad al hijo de Juaquin Guzmán Loera.
Al respecto, el presidente nuevamente señaló que ante la crisis que se sufrió el jueves 17 de octubre en Culiacán, Sinaloa, y donde la delincuencia salió a la calle con armas de alto calibre y se vivió un alto riesgo, se prefirió, detener el operativo y liberar al implicado para evitar una masacre.
En fin muchos fueron los datos otorgados por el presidente López Obrador durante su mensaje que duró una hora 28 minutos, y finalizó mostrando el corte de cumplimiento de sus 100 compromisos, a lo que dijo ha cumplido con 89 y 11 siguen pendiente.
Reiteró que dentro de la 4T, no se está jugando, que ya no es más de lo mismo y pidió un año más para lograr la obra de transformación.
“En diciembre del 2020 ya estarán establecidas las bases para la construcción de una patria nueva (…) Pero lo que más deseo con toda mi alma es que para entonces vivamos en una sociedad mejor: más libre, justa, próspera, democrática, pacífica y fraterna”, afirmó.
El pueblo es el gran señor, el amo, el soberano, el gobernante, el que verdaderamente manda y transforma, “con el pueblo todo, sin el pueblo nada”. concluyó.
