En Acción Nacional, con el espíritu de fomentar el fortalecimiento del trabajo legislativo al interior de las comisiones, proponemos reformar y adecuar la norma encargada del funcionamiento de este Poder Legislativo con sanciones más severas.
Para evitar que los legisladores incumplan con su obligación de presentarse y debatir temas relevantes en comisiones que a la postre afectan a los ciudadanos, el Diputado Eduardo Urbina Lucero propuso ante el pleno que se tomen medidas más severas a los diputados faltistas, que van desde lo económico hasta el remplazo del mismo en la comisión.
El legislador señaló: “Ante los hechos presentados en días pasados, donde se configuró la alianza PRI-MORENA, debemos de castigar “el silencio” o falta de opinión en las comisiones, pues no sólo se ausenta el diputado, sino que sus representados son acallados y no existe quién represente la opinión de esos miles de electores que apoderaron electoralmente al diputado para que hable por ellos.”
Durante la exposición de motivos se expone el reformar la Ley orgánica donde se tocan los temas de las sanciones de los diputados, en este tenor presenta, además de la disminución de la dieta correspondiente, también serán separados de la comisión legislativa.
Así mismo se da a conocer en la iniciativa que en caso de si en un periodo de seis meses, un diputado presenta tres o más faltas injustificadas a las reuniones de la comisión, el Grupo Parlamentario deberá proponer al pleno la sustitución del legislador, en observancia de los parámetros de pluralidad en la integración de comisiones a que refiere la presente ley.
En caso de que el Grupo Parlamentario no realice la propuesta mencionada en el párrafo anterior en un plazo de diez días hábiles, la comisión respectiva quedará integrada con el resto de los diputados que la conforman y no tendrán representación en la misma.
“Es tiempo de cambio, de actualización, en donde la ciudadanía nos exige a nosotros como sus representantes, que desarrollemos nuestras funciones de manera eficiente y apegada en todo momento a la legalidad”, concluyó Eduardo Urbina.
