HERMOSILLO, Son.- Los políticos sonorenses, del PRI, el PAN y el PRD buscan hacer su agosto en enero al calor de la inconformidad ciudadana por el “gasolinazo”, pues todos se están trepando al tren de la inconformidad con la medida.
Los panistas, que estuvieron a favor de la reforma energética cuando se discutió en 2013, hoy rechazan sus efectos y algunos de ellos legisladores identificados con el gobierno de Guillermo Padrés, incluso acompañaron al líder de ese partido, David Galván Cazares a una manifestación en la que tomaron de manera simbólica el centro de distribución de Pemex en esta capital.
Agustín Rodríguez, quien fuera secretario particular de Padrés y Teresa Lizárraga quien fue directora del Isssteson, participaron en esa manifestación que al estilo de Acción Nacional fue en autos en caravana, que condujeron desde las instalaciones del partido, hasta el acto político con el que David Galván clausuró las instalaciones de Pemex. También se hicieron presentes Moisés Gómez Reyna, coordinador de la bancada blanquiazul en el Congreso del Estado y los legisladores locales Luis Serrato y Javier Dagnino Escobosa.
“El PAN va defender a los ciudadanos, no permitiremos el robo a la nación que está por concretarse, la reforma energética planteaba libre mercado y competencia y a cambio con un cambio fiscal nos están dando gasolina cara”, anotó Galván Cazares.
Antes el diputado federal Javier Neblina Vega, quien fue secretario de Desarrollo Social con Padrés también sostuvo que el problema en la miscelánea fiscal del 2017, en donde aseguró que su partido votó en contra pues ya desde ese momento sabían del riesgo de no reducir el IEPS a los combustibles, pues implicaba afectar el bolsillo de los ciudadanos.
Sin embargo Neblina Vega, quien coordina a los diputados sonorenses del PAN en San Lázaro, dijo que no es un problema de la reforma energética lo que sucede, sino de la reforma fiscal.
Sin embargo, mientras el PRI tenga mayoría en la cámara de diputados, no se podrá cambiar la Ley que da pie al IEPS.
Pero los panistas no son los único que se han volcado al tren de la oposición al gasolinazo. El diputado priista por Hermosillo, Cristópulos Ríos cambió radicalmente de opinión y dijo que ante la ola de protestas relacionadas al aumento de la gasolina, ha determinado llevar la inquietud de los ciudadanos ante el Congreso, de modo que se puedan ofrecer mejores precios de los combustibles.
Cristópulos Ríos destacó que aún podría discutirse que el Gobierno Federal reconsidere el no eliminar del todo el subsidio a la gasolina y diésel o bien, reducir en un 30 por ciento el IEPS a combustibles para ofrecer mejores precios a la población.
Epifanio Salido Pavlovich, coordinador de la bancada del PRI en el Congreso del Estado, planteó lo mismo, luego de que la gobernadora Claudia Pavlovich manifestara su oposición al aumento de los combustibles y el hecho de que presentará ante la Conferencia Nacional de Gobernadores una propuesta para que se cambie esa polémica decisión.
Los perredistas, de Sonora de hecho se han sumado al movimiento ciudadano, pretendiendo que nadie se acuerda que ellos votaron a favor de la miscelánea fiscal de este año, y por ejemplo Luis Enrique Ortiz, quien representa a José Manuel Oropeza, delegado del Comité Ejecutivo Nacional, se ha mostrado muy activo organizando actos de protesta contra el alza en los combustibles.
Alfonso Durazo Montaño, presidente estatal de Morena se ha mostrado muy activo también, aunque con acciones de información, señalando que el PAN aprobó la reforma energética y la Ley de Ingresos para este año, con lo que es corresponsable junto al PRD del gasolinazo que ha impulsado el PRI.
