Gran polémica la que ha surgido en Sonora por la discusión si bajó o no bajó el precio del combustible como efecto del decreto de zona libre en la frontera, vigente desde el 1 de enero y que viene a colación por la reciente visita del presidente Andrés Manuel López Obrador a San Luis Río Colorado el martes pasado.
El asunto es que se trata de un compromiso cumplido a medias, pues 3 municipios en especifico no han percibido en modo alguno ese beneficio y se trata de Puerto Peñasco, Caborca y Cananea; otros 8 municipios lo han percibido a medias, y es que se encuentran estaciones de servicio que si lo aplican y otras que no, en un asunto que de ninguna manera debe ser voluntario, se trata de un decreto presidencial y de un beneficio que como se sabe está pensado para dar una ventaja competitiva a los habitantes de la frontera y por tanto se tiene que dar.
Como efecto de esta polémica por los precios, que en efecto son más bajos en municipios como San Luis Río Colorado, Nogales o Agua Prieta, ya se le encargó de manera directa al delegado del gobierno federal en Sonora, Jorge Taddei Bringas que resuelva una especie de crucigrama macro, que involucra a dependencias como la Secretaría de Economía, la Secretaría de Energía, la Secretaría de Hacienda y el Servicio de Administración Tributaria, para que a la brevedad esta situación con los precios se homologue y los 11 municipios de Sonora que se supone deben tener el beneficio, lo apliquen de manera correcta y se deje atrás la polémica.
El mismo presidente de la República se refirió a esta situación en la rueda de prensa que ofreció el miércoles en Tijuana, e insistió en un hecho que me parece muy pertinente mencionar aquí, y esquí el gobierno que él encabeza tiene apenas 4 meses en operación y el decreto de zona libre tiene menos de 3 meses de vigencia, por lo que hay inercias e incluso resistencias y trámites burocráticos que es necesario vencer, y esa es la chamba que le encomendó a Taddei Bringas.
El asunto no es menor, porque si bien el presidente López Obrador en 2 visitas a Sonora nos ha ofrecido mejoras sustanciales en la calidad de vida, lo que incluye la vigencia del decreto de zona fronteriza libre, la realidad luego se impone y el infierno de la burocracia ha demostrado que puede frenar hasta al hiper kinético líder de la cuarta transformación, lo que simplemente no debe seguir ocurriendo.
Si López Obrador prometió gasolinas más baratas en la frontera se debe cumplir y sí comprometió además que no subiría el precio de la gasolina, ni de la luz eléctrica, ni del gas, esto también se debe hacer.
Lo que si me consta porque estuve ahí y cargue gasolina es que en San Luis Río Colorado la gasolina es un 20% más barata que en Hermosillo y que la gasolina Magna cuesta 15 pesos con 49 centavos, el detalle es que en Yuma Arizona, cuesta 14 pesos el litro, es decir en la frontera sonorense es 10% más cara, mientras que la Premium cuesta 16.89, una diferencia de 4 centavos respecto a la Suprema del otro lado, por lo que es necesario hacer un esfuerzo adicional y tomar las previsiones del caso.
El presidente no está como para que la burocracia lo ande haciendo quedar mal.
