CIUDAD DE MÉXICO.- La Procuraduría General de la República(PGR) detuvo al apoderado legal del empresario sonorense Mario Humberto Aguirre Ibarra implicado de corrupción, a través de la entrega de moches en el gobierno de Guillermo Padrés Elías para la obtención de licitaciones a modo.
Se trata de Mario Ramón “N”, quien es acusado de su probable responsabilidad en la comisión de los delitos de delincuencia organizada y operaciones con recursos de procedencia ilícita (lavado de dinero).
El imputado, participó en operaciones de licitaciones con el gobierno de Sonora –entre estas la de uniformes escolares gratuitos que destapó en esa entidad el tema de los moches–, así como con depósitos transnacionales.
Dicha persona fungía como apoderado legal del empresario Mario Humberto Aguirre Ibarra quien enfrenta, además, acusaciones por despojo con violencia en las personas en grado de tentativa, entre otros delitos.
Mario Ramón fue localizado, y detenido por elementos de la Agencia de Investigación Criminal en la garita peatonal fronteriza Dennis DeConcini, en Nogales, Sonora, luego de ser deportado por autoridades norteamericanas.
Tras su captura fue internado en el Centro Federal de Readaptación Social Número 12 Guanajuato, ubicado en Ocampo, Guanajuato.
