Adiós 2016
A mi me podrán decir misa, pero sigo convencido de que cada quien se va forjando el presente y el futuro a partir de su esfuerzo personal, su disciplina y esfuerzo, además claro de determinación y visión de qué hacer y qué no para mover el panorama a su favor.
Lo demás de si pusiste un calzón verde o rojo, o sí te encomendaste al santo de tu predilección está bien para la anécdota y el imaginario colectivo, pero a la hora de los resultados todos vamos a pasar a rendir cuentas por lo que hicimos y lo que no.
Dicho lo anterior quiero despedir a este 2016 con el gran año que ha sido, uno en lo que he tenido grandes logros, míos si usted quiere, muy personales y que solo me deberían de interesar a mi y a mi familia, pero que en mi gusto ilustran esto que les digo.
Se lo decía hace unos días a un amigo que se dedica a la política y lo repito aquí en este año que se nos va de las manos hice lo que quise y hasta de más; no hubo montaña lo suficientemente alta que no pudiera trepar, ni obstáculo tan grande que no pudiera sortear.
Pero así soy yo, determinado, optimista, necio y terco hasta las cachas, si algo no me sale bien, lo repito hasta que dejo de hacerlo mal, y mire me resulta.
De hecho sin mayor empacho le paso mi receta personal, que hace que las cosas que pueden salir mal resulten al revés: disciplina, constancia, determinación, ganas de ser feliz y de que las cosas salgan bien, buscar el lado positivo aún de la peor situación posible, confiar en mis pocos amigos y siempre ser genuino, sonreírle a la vida y sacarle la lengua a la adversidad.
Sí usted aplica todas esas actitudes al mismo tiempo, no hay modo de que las cosas vayan mal, se lo garantizo.
Agradezco profundamente primero que nada la paciencia de usted, mi amable lector, que de manera cotidiana me busca y me regala el favor de sus 3 minutos de atención, también a mis editores que en todo el estado divulgan estas líneas, como mis jefes del Diario del Yaqui en Ciudad Obregón y el sur, o mis amigos de la Tribuna de San Luis Río Colorado, lo mismo que a Oscar Castro en el Dossier de Hermosillo, o Guillermo Frescas en Strattego, o a Ricardo en Enlace y a muchos más editores con los que tengo el honor de colaborar todos los días con esta columna, ensayo de lo cotidiano, en donde genuinamente siempre trato de transmitirle lo que pienso, mi opinión personal, lo veo y como lo pinto, porque yo siempre pinto lo que veo, y no lo que ven otros.
A todos muchas gracias.
Ahora como todo año el 2016 siempre deja saldos y pendientes, sin ellos no tendríamos la capacidad de plantearnos mejorar en el 2017, ni la perspectiva de tener algo en el horizonte para emprender el arranque de año.
En mi caso se trata de circunstancias muy humanas que ya le ira platicando, pero que forman parte de mis propósitos (12 que siempre hago y cumplo), pero como aquí hablamos de un tema superior, es decir nuestro gran estado de Sonora le comento lo que veo como los grandes pendientes para el 2017:

1.- Terminar el Gasoducto Sonora lo antes posible, como tema prioritario para la zona sur de Sonora y que planteará la posibilidad de un desarrollo firme y definido para esa zona de la entidad y donde por desgracia se han atravesado intereses ajenos a la misma Tribu Yaqui, que han dilatado la culminación de la obra en Loma de Bacum. Quiero confiar en que habrá la suficiente operación política y voluntad entre las partes para que el tramo de 12 kilómetros en conflicto sea terminado.

2.- La reforma a la Ley del Isssteson, Enrique Claussen lo puso muy claro, o se reforma la Ley o el instituto entrará en quiebra muy pronto y la lógica aquí es dejar de hacernos tontos todos al respecto. Es verdad al Isssteson le faltan algunos millones que dejó de entregarle Guillermo Padrés y compañía, pero en el fondo se necesita de una nueva reforma y esa pelota está en manos del poder legislativo del estado.

3.-Freno a la violencia contra las mujeres. Es en serio no podemos continuar como sí nada pasara cuando tenemos el problema enfrente, en nuestras casas, en nuestra actitud hacia las damas, y que actuemos como si no pasara nada. Es hora de decir como sociedad ¡Basta Ya! y actuar con el ejemplo, todos los días a cada momento, no es de dientes para afuera.

4.- Terminar la “carretera de la suerte”, que es como algunos le llaman a la 4 carriles o carretera federal 15 en su tramo por Sonora, por aquello de que “tienes suerte sí te toca un tramo bueno”. Pues bien suerte tendremos los sonorenses sí la federación cumple su promesa de terminarla en el año 2017.

5.- Consolidar el ritmo de desarrollo económico y creación de empleos. Mire decir 38 mil en 2016 suena a fácil, pero se requirió de un arduo trabajo para conseguirlo, y lo peor es que no hemos cerrado (estadísticamente) el año, los números podrían cambiar, para bien o para mal. El asunto es que necesitamos que en el 2017 las cosas cuadren correctamente y a pesar del “Mega-gasolinazo”, Donald Trump y las calamidades financieras y económicas que se puedan asomar, alcancemos el buen año que todos esperamos y que la economía trabaje al tope de su capacidad, que es crecer al 7%.

6.- Reforzar la “Megarregión Sonora-Arizona”, este año se lanzó y en este año hemos tenido los primeros resultados, con la llegada de la inversión de Lucid Motors a Arizona. Ahora necesitamos que eso se multiplique y obtengamos a cambio impulso, desarrollo y más empleos.

Por hoy la voy a dejar en esas 6 formidables tareas, sin embargo en la bienvenida al 2017 (que será el martes 03 de enero), le habló de mis predicciones de lo que viene y sucederá en el nuevo año.
No me despido sin antes desearle un feliz fin de año, que cierre bien el ciclo y se prepare anímica y mentalmente para un nuevo periodo que suena retador.
Pero acá nos encantan los retos.
