De acuerdo con el delegado de programas de bienestar Jorge Taddei Bringas, se trata de una gira que iniciará el viernes en la zona sur de Sonora, en especifico en la zona del Mayo, donde se tendrá un encuentro con las tribus Mayo y Guarijio.

La gira continuará el sábado 26 con una visita a la Tribu Yaqui y cerrará sus actividades el domingo en Hermosillo con una visita a la comunidad Seri.

No se precisaron todavía los lugares, ni los horarios de los eventos, sin embargo se trata de la gira más intensa que realiza el presidente por la entidad desde que asumió el cargo.

López Obrador anunció que acudirá a visitar a todos los pueblos originarios de México ya que considera que persiste una deuda histórica de parte del gobierno de la República para con los grupo indigenas, por lo que tendrá el empeño de visitarlos y escuchar sus necesidades.
