El compromiso planteado por el Frente Ciudadano por México será respaldado en Sonora por Acción Nacional.
Hermosillo, Son.-Para impulsar la reconstrucción de los estados afectados por los recientes sismos y atender las necesidades de los damnificados el PAN Sonora y el Grupo Parlamentario del PAN en el Congreso del Estado ratificaron el compromiso de apoyar la propuesta impulsada por el Frente Ciudadano por México de eliminar el 100% del financiamiento público a los partidos políticos.
El Presidente del PAN Sonora, David Galván Cázares, en reunión de trabajo con el GPPAN, coordinado por el diputado Luis Serrato Castell, coincidió en la importancia de impulsar la reforma a la Constitución Política de México para eliminar el financiamiento público a los partidos políticos, compromiso ya respaldado por el sistema PAN en la entidad.
“La propuesta del Frente Ciudadano por México, desde el pasado viernes fue eliminar el 100% el financiamiento público a los partidos políticos para destinarlo a los damnificados de los recientes sismos, reforma que entraría en vigor desde este proceso”, recordó Galván Cázares.
“Esta reforma es necesaria, pero insuficiente”, añadió, “Todo el dinero que reciben los partidos políticos y la autoridad electoral representa mucho menos del 1% del Presupuesto federal. Por lo tanto, la propuesta de reforma constitucional que presentará el PAN será integral e incluirá un verdadero plan de austeridad para el Estado mexicano, a fin de poder canalizar la mayor cantidad de recursos a la reconstrucción de las entidades afectadas por los sismos de este mes”.
Los legisladores y el líder estatal del blanquiazul, coincidieron también en la propuesta nacional del Frente Ciudadano por México de que sea a través de la conformación del Fondo Nacional de Reconstrucción el mecanismo para hacer llegar el recurso a los damnificados.
Además la propuesta debe ser integral y eliminar seguros de gastos médicos de los altos funcionarios; acabar con el derroche de recursos eliminando los viáticos, celulares y gasolina de todos los altos funcionarios; cancelar todos los gastos de publicidad gubernamental, salvo los relacionados con salud, turismo y protección civil; prohibir la utilización de aviones privados por parte de altos funcionarios del gobierno federal, entre otras medidas para garantizar al menos una bolsa de 60 mil millones de pesos para la reconstrucción.
En la reunión también estuvieron los legisladores Lina Acosta Cid, Célida López Cárdenas, Armando Gutiérrez Jiménez, Carlos Fu Salcido, Javier Dagnino Escobosa, Ramón Díaz Nieblas, Angélica Payán García, Lisette López Godinez y Moisés Gómez Reyna con quienes se acordó mantener el trabajo en unidad.
