El Partido MORENA Sonora celebra los resultados obtenidos en el Informe de Gobierno al Pueblo de México, presentado el pasado 1 de septiembre por el Presidente Constitucional de los Estados Unidos Mexicanos, Andrés Manuel López Obrador.
En sus tres ejes fundamentales del Plan Nacional de Desarrollo: Política y Gobierno, Política Social y Economía, se avanza en la transformación que distingue a este nuevo cambio de régimen: acabar con la corrupción y con la impunidad.
Destacables entre otros logros, los ahorros por el órden de 145 mil millones de pesos conseguidos en nueve meses de gobierno al cancelar los lujos, dispendios y opulencia que caracterizaban al ejercicio del poder presidencial.
De igual manera la reducción del 94% al robo de combustible, pérdidas que se estimaban en 60 mil millones de pesos.
El ahorro de 4 mil 500 millones de dólares para la CFE, mediante el acuerdo celebrado con empresas nacionales y extranjeras que construyeron los ductos para el transporte de gas, y con lo que se garantiza el abasto por los últimos 20 años.
En inversión extranjera, la captación de 18 mil millones de dólares es la cifra semestral más alta en toda la historia. Así como, el incremento del 7% de las exportaciones llegando a 39 mil millones de dólares, y el registró de inflación del 3.8 por ciento, la más baja desde diciembre de 2016.
En términos reales no han aumentado los precios de las gasolinas, del diésel, del gas y la electricidad.
La Bolsa de Valores se ha mantenido estable. Mientras que las reservas internacionales de diciembre 2018 a julio de 2019, han crecido en 54 mil 200 millones de dólares. Reconocemos al Gobierno de México por tener finanzas públicas sanas.
A 9 meses de iniciada la transformación se impulsan acciones y políticas sociales importantes: 930 mil jóvenes trabajando; 10 millones de becas; pensión a 8 millones de adultos mayores y aumento del 16% al salario mínimo.
Sin duda, con la nueva política productiva del Gobierno de México, se fortalece la economía popular, se impulsa el desarrollo regional, se promueve la participación de la iniciativa privada y el comercio exterior, así como, la captación de inversión extranjera.
La estratégia de seguridad para alcanzar la paz y la tranquilidad de la población constituye el principal desafío, por ello se reformó de la Constitución que dio paso a la creación de la Guardia Nacional con 58 mil 602 elementos para atender 150 regiones del país y una meta de 140 mil elementos en 266 coordinaciones en México. En Sonora, como parte de la construcción conjunta de políticas públicas en favor de la ciudadanía, se avanza en la estrategia que tiene como principio la reestructuración, saneamiento y profesionalización de los cuerpos de policía principalmente de municipios como Hermosillo, Guaymas, Empalme, Cajeme y Navojoa.
La nueva estrategia inicia específicamente con la certificación de todos los elementos de las corporaciones. La capacitación y profesionalización de los elementos será continua, hasta contar con cuerpos policiales que estén a la altura de los estándares que se han propuesto en el Modelo Nacional de Policía, aprobado unánimemente por presidentes municipales y gobernadores.
Por otra parte, aplaudimos los acuerdos alcanzados por el Gobierno federal con padres y madres de familia de las víctimas de la tragedia en la Guardería ABC, al ratificar la denuncia para reabrir investigación donde el Presidente de México pide a la SCJN investigar “sin obstáculos ni influyectismos” ; así como, la recomendación emitida al IMSS para que asuma su responsabilidad plena.
Estamos viviendo algo inédito, es mucho lo alcanzado en pos de los ideales de honestidad y justicia, legalidad y democracia, con lo conseguido en apenas 9 meses basta para demostrar que no estamos viviendo un mero cambio de gobierno, sino un cambio de régimen.
Enhorabuena a todos los mexicanos, está en marcha la autentica regeneración de la vida pública de México.
