Todo prestador del servicio que no cumpla esta condición mínima aceptable de beneficio para los usuarios, podrá ser sancionado por las autoridades del Transporte.

Hermosillo, Son.- La Dirección General de Transporte del Estado de Sonora, dejó en claro que por ley deben encenderse los aires acondicionados de camiones a partir del 1 de mayo y tiene la facultad de sancionar y multar a quienes no cumplan con lo estipulado en la Ley 149 en el Artículo 102 Fracción 11 BIS de la Ley General del Transporte para el Estado de Sonora.

Dicho apartado obliga a que las unidades circulen con el aire acondicionado encendido y en correcto funcionamiento, durante el periodo del 1 de mayo al 30 de septiembre, de lo contrario, se aplicará el procedimiento de Ley.

Ante el incumplimiento y según el artículo 148, las infracciones a aplicar según el procedimiento, es una amonestación y en caso de reincidir los pasos siguientes son un apercibimiento, multa que va desde uno hasta los 100 UMA (Unidad de Medida y Actualización).

La Ley protege a los usuarios, por lo que la dirección de Transporte velará para que se cumplan los lineamientos que deben acatar los concesionarios, y así anteponer los intereses de los ciudadanos.
