Durante la conferencia de prensa “mañanera” presentó el boleto

La rifa del avión presidencial es una posibilidad que muy probablemente se convierta en realidad, ya que de acuerdo con el presidente Andrés Manuel López Obrador existe entre la población un ánimo de apoyar al gobierno con la solución a las carencias en materia de salud, comprando los 6 millones de boletos que se pondrían a la venta por 500 pesos cada uno.

Incluso durante la conferencia de prensa “mañanera” de este martes 28 de enero, López Obrador presentó el boleto y anticipó que será en la primera semana de febrero cuando se anuncie si procederá con ese plan o si se encontró un comprador.

El presidente de la República manifestó al respecto que su única duda al respecto es qué pasará con la persona que se saque el avión presidencial, pues se trata de un asunto extraordinario, que marcaría historia a nivel nacional y mundial, y “como a la gente el dinero la vuelve loca, yo no quiero cargar con eso en mi conciencia”, recalcó.

El presidente explicó que su plan parte de que 4 millones de boletos los venda el sector privado y el resto, 2 millones sean vendidos a través de la red de la Lotería Nacional.

“Esto significa obtener alrededor de 3 mil millones de pesos, hay que descontar los costos y comisiones, pero se obtendrían los 2 mil 500 millones y un año de mantenimiento y estacionamiento del ación en Santa Lucía o en e Aeropuerto de la Ciudad de México, en tanto el que obtenga el premio decida qué hacer”, puntualizó.

López Obrador señaló: Quiero decirles que esto que vamos a hacer, sortear el avión para comprar equipos médicos por 2 mil 499 millones de pesos. Se nos ha complicado la venta porque es un avión extravagante, que no se debió comprar.

“La semana próxima resolvemos y vamos a seguir con este plan y va la rifa como opción más probable”, comentó. 

Mi preocupación —reiteró— es que se trata de un bien que significa mucho dinero y el dinero es una tentación, es la mamá y a veces el papá del diablo, echa a perder a las personas y no quiero que nadie se eche a perder, no quiero destruir a ninguna familia, porque eso vale más que lo material y no quiero cargar con esa culpa. 

“Eso es lo que me detiene, pensar en cómo le hacemos para que el que se saque el premio no se desgracie, no afecte a su familia, que pueda tener este dinero y lo aplique adecuadamente, que sea para toda la familia.

Que el dinero se le vaya entregando y que se establezca en un fideicomiso. 

También queremos que se determine que al vender el avión el dueño lo haga sin rematarlo, que haya ciertas reglas, agregó.

“Pensamos mucho en esto, porque el caso hará historia a nivel nacional y mundial y el tema no tiene porque tener un desenlace negativo, ayuda mucho porque se empieza con el por que de comprar un avión así”.
