Con el fin de trabajar por un mejor servicio de transporte público urbano para Hermosillo, este miércoles, en Sesión Extraordinaria de Cabildo se aprobó el Estudio Técnico y Socioeconómico de necesidades de servicio público de Transporte de Pasaje Urbano, con votos a favor y dos abstenciones de los regidores Armando Moreno Soto y María Engracia Carrazco.

En Dictámenes de la Comisión de Hacienda, Patrimonio y Cuenta Pública se aprobó el otorgar estímulos a los contribuyentes que regularicen su situación fiscal con el H. Ayuntamiento de Hermosillo, la solicitud de financiamiento mediante institución bancaria por la cantidad de 100 millones de pesos para cubrir insuficiencias de liquidez de carácter temporal, así como el incremento salarial del 6 por ciento a los trabajadores de base sindicalizados para el Ejercicio Fiscal 2019.

En sesión se expusieron varios puntos de vista por parte de los regidores y la alcaldesa en el tema referente al transporte público, donde los dos ediles que se abstuvieron de votar, argumentaron que están del lado de los usuarios y de los concesionarios que realmente hacen bien su trabajo, pero que el tema corresponde principalmente al Gobierno del Estado.

La munícipe Celida López Cárdenas externó que es necesario avanzar en el tema y acompañarlo, por lo que, destacó, que el conformar la Comisión Reguladora del Transporte en días pasados, forma parte de esto. 

“Se trata de beneficiar al 30 por ciento de la población en la ciudad, que hace uso de ese medio para trasladarse, el tema del transporte es un tema que ha sido manoseado por buenos y malos, entre corruptos y entre gente que no tiene la posibilidad de comprar nuevas unidades, sin embargo, hoy tenemos que levantar la mira y es obligación del municipio velar por la mayoría de los ciudadanos de Hermosillo”, aseveró.

El regidor Ernesto de Lucas Hopkins, expresó su apoyo y reconoció la labor de establecer la Comisión Reguladora con la que se le dará voz a los ciudadanos y a los concesionarios que si hacen bien su trabajo.

“Reconozco la apertura que se tuvo por parte de la alcaldesa y sus funcionarios para recibir a concesionarios, para recibir a grupos organizados de la sociedad civil con estudios técnicos especializados”, dijo y concluyó que su voto sería a favor del dictamen.

Por último, López Cárdenas, en el tema de la solicitud de financiamiento aclaró que por la tasa de interés de finales de 2018, detuvieron el crédito de los 279 millones de pesos solicitados en Cabildo el pasado 16 de octubre y sólo ejercieron 100 millones, por lo que este monto no aumenta el crédito ya solicitado. 

“Por ser un nuevo año tuvimos que solicitar a Cabildo la modificación del crédito para estar en condiciones de que un nuevo banco nos dé mejores tasas de interés”, explicó.
