Retos y perspectivas para 2020

Sin duda cada inicio de año procuramos estar con la familia y tener los mejores deseos para año venidero. Sin querer sonar un tanto acartonada, espero que todos sus propósitos y deseos se hagan realidad y que lo que se quedó pendiente en el año que se fue, se pueda retomar con nuevo ímpetu y se avance en lo posible.

Estamos en la segunda semana de un nuevo año, y el 2020 nos presenta retos interesantes y ante esos retos la oportunidad de demostrar que podemos hacer las cosas mucho mejor, si así nos lo proponemos.

En el plano político, los ojos siguen puestos en el Gobierno Federal, pues se ha planteado una nueva forma de hacer las cosas desde la administración pública. El gobierno del Andrés Munuel López Obrador va por su segundo año y está empeñado en demostrar que la modernidad puede ser forjada desde abajo y sin excluir a nadie, y que el desarrollo no tiene por qué ser contrario a la justicia social. Para realizar lo anterior, se han lanzado 30 programas prioritarios  diseñados para apoyar a los más necesitados y reactivar la economía nacional desde abajo y para todos, con lo que AMLO mantiene firmemente su lema de campaña “Por el bien de todos, primero los pobres”, y en México 52.4 millones de personas son pobres, lo cual representa un reto muy grande e importante.

Entre uno de los programas tenemos el de la Zona Libre de la Frontera Norte, y Sonora es uno de los 6 estados fronterizos que más se beneficia, pues el programa llega a 11 municipios que son: San Luis Río Colorado, Puerto Peñasco, Sonoyta, Caborca, Altar, Sáric, Nogales, Santa Cruz, Cananea, Naco y Agua Prieta, este último será visitado el próximo domingo por López Obrador, y se espera se revisen los beneficios fiscales como el alza al doble del salario mínimo y la homologación de los precios de los energéticos con los Estados Unidos, y ojalá que la visita alcance para un anuncio más en beneficio de los ciudadanos de esa localidad. 

También López Obrador atenderá en la comunidad de La Mora en Bavispe, una reunión con la familia Langford, en la que se informará sobre los avances que se tienen para castigar a los responsables del lamentable crimen efectuado el 4 de noviembre pasado contra 9 integrantes de esa familia. Este caso a sido calificado por el presidente como uno de los momentos más difíciles de su primer año de gobierno y seguramente otro de los momentos de mayor complejidad ha de ser el caso del Culiacán, Sinaloa. 

En el ámbito estatal, tenemos que la gobernadora Claudia Pavlovich cuanta ya con un presupuesto aprobado con el que podrá hacerle frente —de alguna manera— a los proyectos programados de lo que es su penúltimo año de gobierno. En lo que concierne a los municipios se tiene que aún enfrentan grandes retos en aspectos como en infraestructura y seguridad pública, pues a año y medio de sus administraciones no se percibe gran avance.

Los retos son muchos y van desde mejorar la economía en el núcleo familiar pasando por aspectos mas sensibles como salud, educación y seguridad. Esperemos que las decisiones de quienes nos gobiernan vayan en ese sentido, por el bien de México y por el bien de Sonora.
