El diputado del PES, Carlos Navarrete Aguirre presentó una iniciativa para reformar el artículo 30 de la Ley para la Inclusión y Desarrollo de las Personas con Discapacidad o en Situación de Discapacidad del Estado de Sonora, a fin de obligar a los tres poderes de gobierno, así como a los municipios para que en su plantilla laboral, se incrementé del 3 al 5 por ciento en contratación de personas con discapacidades.
“Pongamos el ejemplo de una verdadera inclusión de las personas con discapacidad a la vida laboral en nuestra entidad”, afirmó el representante del distrito VII.
De este modo, Navarrete Aguirre manifestó que es deber de los representantes locales, crear leyes y hacer reformas a las existentes para eliminar cualquier obstáculo para este sector poblacional, ya que la discriminación no puede estar presente en ningún ámbito, por lo que apoyar esta propuesta es importante.
“Sonora se debe fomentar e implementar una verdadera inclusión de las personas con discapacidad, en todos los ámbitos, social, deportivo, cultural, educativo, laboral, entre otros”, abundó.
Asimismo, detalló que actualmente no se cuentan con herramientas que coadyuven realmente a la inclusión en la entidad, pues solamente se contempla un 3 por cierto pero en la creación de nuevas plazas, no en la totalidad de todo el Gobierno del Estado, así como tampoco los poderes legislativo y judicial.
“Debemos hacer de la inclusión una realidad, en todos los ámbitos, en todos los sentidos, no más discriminación, mayores oportunidades para todos, igualdad de condiciones, hay que poner a Sonora como ejemplo mundial”, puntualizó.
