“No estaba bien organizada, era de esperar. No era técnica ni operativamente bien hecha”.
Señaló que pese a no estar bien organizada, el ejercicio se realizó, insistió en que no se hicieron acarreos.
Respecto a las preguntas, comentó que estaban mal hechas pero no fue relevante ya que el votante sabía claramente por cual opción iba.
“Estaban mal planteadas las preguntas pero no efectuaban la decisión de las personas”.
Explicó que lo que el votante estaba eligiendo era si se quedaban con dos o cinco, no si era inconstitucional.
