La Secretaría de Seguridad Pública (SSP) instaló en Agua Prieta, el Comité Transversal para el Estudio e Implementación de las Llamadas de Emergencia de Violencia Familiar y de Género (ALVI), siendo el quinto municipio del estado en sumarse a este esfuerzo transversal de atención, seguimiento y prevención.
Durante la primera sesión de trabajo del Comité ALVI, las autoridades de la SSP y ayuntamiento de Agua Prieta, firmaron el convenio de colaboración con el cual se inicia una nueva etapa para la atención y seguimiento a los domicilios con llamadas de reincidencia por violencia familiar registradas en la línea de emergencia 9-1-1.
Con la representación del secretario de Seguridad Pública, José David Anaya Cooley, el coordinador general del Centro de Control, Comando, Comunicación, Cómputo, Coordinación e Inteligencia (C5i), Omar Gómez Ruiz, destacó la voluntad del municipio de incorporarse al trabajo de la SSP e instituciones estatales, municipales y sociedad civil.
Agua Prieta, dijo, a partir de hoy se suma a los municipios en los cuales la SSP, ha instalado este protocolo de actuación y prevención en beneficio de la comunidad.
A la fecha, Hermosillo, Nogales, Cajeme, Caborca y ahora Agua Prieta, son las ciudades donde la Secretaría de Seguridad Pública ha instalado este esfuerzo transversal en el que participan más de 38 instituciones.
Gómez Ruiz reconoció la voluntad del gobierno de Agua Prieta por contar con el Grupo Especializado en Violencia Familiar (Geaviap), integrado por oficiales de la Policía Municipal, recientemente capacitado por la SSP en Hermosillo para mejorar su labor y servicio.
Cassandra López Manzano, directora de Seguimiento Interinstitucional a Programas con Perspectiva de Género de la SSP, presentó la estadística estatal por violencia familiar, en la cual Agua Prieta ocupa el séptimo lugar.
Con base en la información extraída de reportes al número de emergencia 9-1-1, señaló que en Agua Prieta la causa que encabeza el top de llamadas, es por violencia familiar, seguida de persona agresiva y en tercer lugar ingesta de alcohol en la vía pública.
Las colonias que repuntan por reportes de violencia familiar en la ciudad fronteriza son: Centro, Pueblo Nuevo, Ejidal, Tres Caminos, Ferrocarril, Nuevo Progreso, Ladrillera II, Buenos Aires, El Alamito Infonavit y Luis Donaldo Colosio.
López Manzano agregó que en Agua Prieta los tipos de violencia familiar que se presenta son: la sicológica, física y patromonial, siendo en su mayoría la que se ejerce de hombre a mujer y la familiar.
Ante los representantes del Comité ALVI, el alcalde de Agua Prieta, Jesús Alfonso Montaño Durazo, precisó que este programa es muy importante ya que les permitirá transitar con un mejor resultado y poder dar atención con perspectiva de género a este problema.
Reconoció el apoyo y disposición de la gobernadora Claudia Pavlovich Arellano y del secretario de Seguridad Pública, David Anaya Cooley, por la implementación de ALVI, comprometiéndose a sumar esfuerzos.
