Que arderá Troya este lunes, y es que lo que ya le anticipaba hace unos días respecto a como buscará emprender la presidenta municipal Célida López Cárdenas una lucha jurídica a fin de cancelar la concesión del sistema de alumbrado público, se convertirá ya en una realidad a partir de este lunes.

Por los números se ve y se entiende que se trata de un gran negocio y como en todo tipo de concesiones de esos alcances la pregunta es ¿Por qué? o más bien ¿A favor de quién? y es donde inicia el piensa mal y acertarás respecto a la administración municipal encabezada por Manuel Ignacio Acosta Gutiérrez “Maloro” donde se hicieron negocios y grandes gastos hasta con las paradas del camión mientras se abandonaban a su suerte servicio básico como la recolección de basura o la seguridad de los capitalinos.

De hecho Célida recibió este fin de semana un apoyo que será importante en su cruzada, pues su partido Morena, que titubeó por momentos al respecto de este tema, decidió en reunión con la presidenta municipal, los diputados locales, algunos de los otros alcaldes de Morena en la entidad y los diputados federales, además del senador Arturo Bours Griffith, darle su apoyo completo a la presidenta municipal.

Tengo entendido que algunos de los diputados que no son de Hermosillo, lo hicieron a regañadientes, porque no entienden claramente que todos los asuntos ligados a la capital del estado terminan por reflejarse en el resto de las ciudades y municipios, sin embargo gracias a la oportuna intervención del diputado por Hermosillo Martín Matrecitos, se acabó por asumir que este tema es de vital importancia incluso para esa organización política, pues se trata de la posición política más importante que está en su manos.

Así Jacobo Mendoza ofreció una declaración oficial, señalando que las acciones emprendidas —desde este lunes— para frenar los abusos de la empresa ya mencionada, serán respaldados totalmente por la dirigencia estatal y los diputados de Morena.

El enfoque es —dijo— recuperar la administración y manejo del servicio de alumbrado, y consideró un exceso que además de los recursos del Derecho de Alumbrado Público, la empresa esté buscando echar mano de los recursos del impuesto predial e incluso de participaciones federales, lo que muestra los alcances dañinos de ese acuerdo establecido por el anterior gobierno municipal.

Y aquí las cosas se ponen interesantes, porque la semana pasada el coordinador de los diputados del PAN, Gildardo Real Ramírez adelantó que se promoverá la creación de una comisión especial que aborde el tema e investigue al ex alcalde y a funcionarios involucrados, además a directivos de las empresas Lux y Construlita a fin de llegar al fondo de este tema, donde no descartó la posibilidad de fincar un juicio político contra el ex alcalde, por lo que consideró delitos sumamente graves y un atentado contra l patrimonio de los sonorenses.

El asunto de fondo es que si Morena y los diputados de la Coalición Juntos Haremos Historia en el Congreso (PES y PT) se deciden y le entran en directo al tema, ya sumarían 24 legisladores con los panistas, suficientes para sentar en el estrado y disponer de una red de protección legal y política para que la alcaldesa de Hermosillo de los pasos necesarios para asumir de vuelta el servicio de alumbrado público.
